About This Role
- Independently assess credit risk management effectiveness across Citibank India's Corporate, Commercial, Wealth, and Markets banking portfolios.
- Conduct ongoing credit reviews and testing to evaluate portfolio quality, credit analysis accuracy, and emerging risks, influencing entity-level credit risk practices.
- Prepare and validate credit assessment reports and corrective action plans; communicate emerging credit risks to senior risk management leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of credit experience in corporate or commercial banking within financial services.
- Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Proven expertise in credit or financial statement analysis and risk management processes.
- Working knowledge of capital markets products including derivatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in senior credit risk roles with ability to lead review teams and apply independent credit judgment.
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations and credit loan review mechanisms preferred.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across levels and influence credit risk governance.
