About This Role
- Own full-stack software development lifecycle including coding, design, and deployment within an Agile/Scrum team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose acceptance criteria, manage backlog, and deliver sprint objectives.
- Contribute to software architecture discussions and adhere to modern cloud-based development best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer/Developer with solid understanding of data structures and OOP.
- Experience with cloud-native development and container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Proficient with Service Oriented and Microservices architectures including REST and GraphQL implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.Engg) or equivalent work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with frameworks like Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut, or Vert.x and front-end exposure to Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, agile iterative software delivery, and database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL).
- Able to provide technical leadership and mentoring, familiar with scalable, resilient, low latency application architecture.
