About This Role
- Own daily accounting and reconciliation activities across multiple asset classes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks within defined SLAs, liaising with custodians and internal teams to drive permanent resolutions.
- Support and oversee IBOR accounting tasks, exception handling, risk control, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CFA/CPA is a plus.
- 3–6 years of experience in middle office, fund accounting, or reconciliation roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, derivatives preferred.
- Experience with reconciliation tools and accounting systems; knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements.

- Analytical and detail-oriented professional with ability to manage exceptions and stakeholder communication effectively.
