About This Role
- Lead and manage the OTC derivatives department, ensuring compliance with policies and quality of client deliverables.
- Own strategic initiatives including department strategy, change management, resource planning, and risk reduction.
- Drive operational oversight, staff development, client relationship management, and implementation of client-specific projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 13+ years experience in financial services and/or back/middle-office operations.
- Mandatory experience in derivatives trade processing and 2-3 years team management experience.
- Must be flexible with shifts; good knowledge of financial instruments and risk management policies.

- Proven leadership in managing multi-product financial service teams within derivatives or similar domain.
- Strong strategic planner and change manager with demonstrated ability in resource and risk management.
- Experienced in client relationship management and operational decision-making in complex, regulated financial environments.
