About This Role
- Lead or contribute to Murex MXML technology initiatives ensuring successful delivery of projects with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and development tasks applying software architecture principles for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, technology roadmaps, delivery risks, and process improvements to align technology solutions with business strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Murex MXML development, configuration, implementation, or support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years relevant experience with Murex MXML technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional technology teams with track record of delivering measurable project outcomes using Murex MXML.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, database management, cloud technologies, and Agile project management within financial services or regulated environments.
- Demonstrates ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage risks, and drive continuous process and technology improvements aligned to strategic business objectives.
