About This Role
- Participate in full software development lifecycle with autonomy and collaborative pairing.
- Lead software design in specific technical areas and provide best practice guidance.
- Develop, test, document, and support software solutions ensuring quality and performance metrics are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent vocational education.
- Either: No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years of relevant vocational experience in software development, design, or QA.
- Proficiency with C#, WPF, .Net and understanding of Agile SDLC processes preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: No prior experience required with Bachelor’s OR 4+ years with vocational education.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable taking technical ownership and contributing expert guidance within a team environment.
- Experienced in medium complexity software tasks and capable of supporting DevOps deployment activities.
- Able to maintain high-quality code through code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.
