About This Role
- Own end-to-end product requirements lifecycle for Master Data Management (MDM) across ingestion, core processing, and downstream consumption (Customer 360, Reference 360).
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and alignment with business and regulatory needs.
- Lead data quality management, UAT coordination, and reconciliation processes to deliver trusted, governed, and analytics-ready master data for enterprise consumption.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Proven Business Analyst or Product Analyst experience in data management or MDM programmes; total 10+ years experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field mandatory.
- Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with Informatica Customer 360 / Reference 360 strongly preferred.
- Work location: Hybrid role based in Bangalore, India.

- Experienced in bridging business and technical teams in complex MDM ecosystems and delivering product requirements rather than technical execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus in regulated banking or financial services domains.
- Skilled in documenting and managing detailed data quality rules, data lineage, and regulatory reporting requirements within Agile frameworks.
