About This Role
- Develop and maintain custom SQL procedures, reports, and integrations for Yardi Voyager and Elevate systems.
- Lead initiatives for application integrations and API development along with supporting data migrations and software rollouts.
- Provide advanced level three application support including research, remediation, and technical documentation of complex issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-10 years experience with Yardi Voyager and Elevate platforms.
- Minimum 5 years of technical development experience, specifically with Yardi SQL development and support preferred.
- Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, views, and complex queries.
- Location requirement: Work from office in Mumbai or Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in property management or real estate industry with deep knowledge of Yardi modules (Job Cost, Maintenance, GL, Investment Accounting, etc.).
- Proficient in systems integration concepts, APIs, middleware, and SDLC/Agile methodologies for complex enterprise software environments.
- Demonstrates ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicates effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
