About This Role
- Design, build, and support conversational copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform to enhance user productivity and operational efficiency.
- Integrate copilots with Power Automate flows and manage knowledge sources like SharePoint and Dataverse while ensuring governance and security compliance.
- Publish copilots to approved channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams), support UAT and production releases, and maintain documentation and analytics monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of experience building chatbots/copilots and/or Power Platform solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio fundamentals, Power Automate, and knowledge source configuration (SharePoint, Dataverse).
- Understanding of governance concepts such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and working within enterprise policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in deploying copilots in enterprise or regulated environments, preferably integrating with Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable chatbot solutions following Responsible AI and governance best practices.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and ability to work within established compliance and security frameworks.
