About This Role
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure services ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and maintain accurate documentation including incident logs and configuration records.
- Apply technical knowledge and industry best practices to resolve infrastructure-related challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 1+ year in a similar role.
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis and data analysis skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer are a plus but not mandatory.
