About This Role
- Design, build, and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI agentic applications including LLM accuracy, RAG ingestion, agent planning, and recovery behavior.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and continuous evaluation processes covering functional, integration, and AI-specific testing including safety and security vulnerabilities.
- Analyze production AI failure patterns to create regression tests and ensure auditability and quality measurement via AI-specific evaluation metrics and quality gates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of software quality assurance experience with strong focus on test planning and comprehensive testing methodologies.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience testing Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic AI applications.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, or Python and experience with test automation frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in specialized AI testing including AI safety, prompt injection testing, hallucination detection, and RAG quality validation.
- Ability to work with advanced AI evaluation tools (e.g., Langsmith, Langfuse, Ragas) and familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience analyzing production AI interactions to detect failure patterns and integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines to establish automated quality gates.
