About This Role
- Own hands-on analytics projects including data handling, wrangling, and advanced analytics to generate reports and metrics from complex datasets.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to deliver data-driven insights and create deliverables for customer engagements.
- Mentor junior analysts, contribute to internal processes, and independently scope client requests within healthcare data domain.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and/or R mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Econometrics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.
- Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare datasets is a plus but not explicitly mandatory.

- Experienced in delivering custom analytics projects focused on prescription and claims-based healthcare data.
