About This Role
- Lead and execute data science projects involving large complex datasets using Python/R, focusing on prescription and claims-based reporting and modeling.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and global teams to deliver actionable analytics and create client deliverables while mentoring junior analysts.
- Scope client requests independently and contribute to internal process improvement and optimized solution implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Hands-on expertise in Python and/or R is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Econometrics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.
- Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare datasets is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with healthcare or pharmaceutical data and able to understand business context for data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver client-facing analytics and influence decision-making through clear communication and presentation skills.
- Capable of working independently on scoping projects and mentoring junior team members in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
