About This Role
- Establish and maintain project planning standards and methods across entire projects, ensuring effective project program support.
- Drive compliance with Business Management System for project controls, processes, and reviews while delivering timely reports to senior management.
- Support financial management and forecasting at project and program levels, including invoice delivery and improvements to PMO best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
- Minimum 6+ years of work experience in project coordination, administrative, and finance management.
- Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Prince 2 preferred.
- Experience with project controls tools like Power BI, Microsoft Project, and knowledge of commercial/contractual models.

- Experience working in a consultancy environment with strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to represent project planning at all organizational levels with effective communication and staff leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices combined with operational financial systems development expertise.
