About This Role
- Drive sales growth and margin expansion for Cytiva’s Downstream Hardware solutions across the India territory (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad) through direct sales.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle including pre-sales discussions, product demos, technical training, tender support, and post-sales assistance.
- Manage account relationships, identify new business, maintain sales funnel in CRM, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets with cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, or related scientific discipline (B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc).
- 7 to 10 years of commercial sales experience, ideally in biotechnology or bioprocessing industry.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 50% domestically and internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consultative and technical sales with ability to lead downstream process discussions with engineering and subject matter experts.
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipelines and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GMP, cGMP) and documentation practices relevant to bioprocessing.
