About This Role
- Lead and manage a software development team within the telecom domain, overseeing daily operations and resource allocation to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while managing performance and fostering a collaborative work environment aligned with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure communication across teams, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous process improvements ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in people management of software development, preferably in telecom domain.
- Degree in Electrical Electronics or Computer Science (B.E./B.S./B.Tech./M.S./M.E./M.Tech.).
- 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies and telecom domain knowledge.

- Experienced leader capable of managing software teams in telecom or embedded software development settings with strong decision-making skills.
- Proficient in applying Agile and Scrum principles to coordinate teams and drive timely delivery of objectives.
