About This Role
- Own full lifecycle of AI-native software development including design, deployment, testing, evaluation, and maintenance of AI components and traditional code.
- Lead and mentor software and AI engineers, manage daily tasks, perform code and prompt reviews, and ensure product quality.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize AI-driven applications on cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) with focus on secure coding, AI guardrails, and evaluation harnesses for accuracy and hallucination checks.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of practical software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with prompt engineering, prompt/agent scripting, and designing AI-driven autonomous workflows (mandated).
- Proficient in front-end modern frameworks, server-side development, REST and GraphQL APIs, microservices handling large-scale data, and AI model integration.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; ML/AI coursework or experience is a plus.

- Experienced in authoring agentic instructions and building evaluation/testing frameworks for autonomous AI workflows.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, system design, and debugging probabilistic AI systems.
- Skilled in mentoring engineers, conducting detailed code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable products.
