About This Role
- Provide Loan IQ production support including incident management, root cause analysis, and coordination of fixes.
- Evaluate and resolve moderately complex business and technical problems using automated internet/intranet solutions.
- Coordinate testing, upgrades, enhancements, and documentation to improve commercial lending platform operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong proficiency in Loan IQ and commercial lending platforms including production support and testing experience.
- Proven SQL skills for data analysis and complex query development.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years in business systems or technology supporting commercial lending platforms, especially Loan IQ.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience (3-4+ years) supporting Loan IQ operations including production support and commercial lending workflows.
- Experience liaising between business, technology, operations, and application vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and usage of testing/defect tracking tools like ALM and JIRA.
