About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy autonomous multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, including complex state machines with error recovery and parallel execution.
- Develop production-grade asynchronous FastAPI applications integrating PostgreSQL, Redis, and external enterprise services with real-time agent streaming using SSE and WebSocket protocols.
- Integrate cloud-based LLM providers, implement conversation state persistence, observability, enterprise security, and evaluation frameworks to optimize multi-step autonomous agent systems across business domains.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 9+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years building and deploying production LLM-powered applications.
- Proven expertise with agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain), cloud LLM providers (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4), and async Python programming.
- Experience with production async web frameworks (FastAPI), Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer with deep expertise in building autonomous multi-agent AI systems and LLMOps best practices.
- Experience architecting complex agent workflows involving conditional routing, multi-agent collaboration, and hybrid intelligence (LLM + rule-based logic).
- Proven ability to operate in multi-stakeholder environments, with skills mentoring junior staff and collaborating with global, distributed teams.
