About This Role
- Conduct research and experimentation on AI solutions relevant to Walmart's Marketplace to enhance revenue and reduce operational costs.
- Develop or augment AI models with scientific rigor and integrate outcomes into existing Marketplace Data Science solutions.
- Collaborate in team environments involving complex software and AI systems impacting large-scale online and offline retail operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, graduating in 2027.
- Aggregate academic score of 7 or above across all semesters.
- Strong understanding of core Computer Science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming and Design.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: C/C++ or Java.

- Ability to contribute to AI/ML powered software solutions at scale, particularly in retail/marketplace contexts.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, results-driven environments with varied responsibilities.
