About This Role
- Drive accelerated adoption and operational excellence of Zendesk AI solutions end-to-end, ensuring measurable business impact from deployment through scale.
- Serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor on AI product configuration, integration, and optimization to remove blockers and meet customer goals.
- Lead project delivery with clear scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, high-quality AI implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Consulting or Professional Services related to enterprise technology or SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or AI/project management certifications preferred.
- Must be located in Karnataka or Maharashtra and able to work hybrid onsite as specified by the hiring manager.
- Experience managing AI or software adoption programs with measurable impact on retention or satisfaction; demonstrated skills in adoption analytics and forecasting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong at translating complex AI technology into actionable configurations aligned with customer business goals, especially for enterprise SaaS clients.
- Experienced in consultative client engagement, managing end-to-end AI delivery projects with cross-functional collaboration and change management.
- Skilled in program and project management, with ability to influence stakeholders and navigate dynamic environments to ensure adoption and operational success.
