About This Role
- Maintain and manage project schedule baselines, monitor performance, track progress, and report against baselines for a large-scale multi-asset mixed-use development with complex infrastructure including tunnels and road gyratory.
- Coordinate with clients, sub consultants, main contractors, and multiple stakeholders to integrate sub-schedules and ensure timely delivery, including establishing project planning processes within the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Lead schedule-related meetings, produce schedule KPIs, analyze risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, implement Earned Value (EV) and Planned Value (PV) reporting metrics, and create dashboards and trackers.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering degree (Civil or Mechanical) is mandatory.
- Experience of 4 to 7 years in the construction industry, preferably with major international project exposure in the Gulf and projects involving mixed-use developments (retail, residential, commercial).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software is mandatory; Power Query skills are mandatory; Power BI and time impact analysis knowledge are good to have.
- Work Location: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana. Work Experience Required: 4 to 7 years in construction industry.

- Experienced in large-scale, complex infrastructure and mixed-use construction projects, able to manage and integrate multiple sub-schedules effectively.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Technically proficient with Primavera P6 and scheduling tools, comfortable implementing advanced reporting (EV/PV) and schedule performance analysis.
