About This Role
- Analyze operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate past business performance and identify patterns and trends.
- Provide actionable business insights to enhance decision-making in business planning, process improvement, and strategic opportunity identification.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to build, implement, and improve decision strategies while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analytics, preferably in consumer banking or credit card marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in PySpark, Python, SAS, and SQL is mandatory.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Preferred background in credit card marketing analytics including understanding of Cards P&L, campaign optimization, financial forecasting, and marketing strategy; agentic AI development experience is a plus but not mandatory.
