About This Role
- Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives, including organization design, talent management, and change management.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business leaders to deliver outcomes and support HR service delivery across various areas like talent acquisition, total rewards, and employee relations.
- Guide and manage complex employee relations, performance management, and lead change initiatives to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years HR generalist experience.
- HR certification required (PHR, SHRM, CIPD or similar).
- Experience within IT, engineering, or service businesses preferred; proven employee relations and change management expertise.
- Work Experience Required: 10 years as HR generalist
