About This Role
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle and monitor product availability to prevent stockouts and service failures.
- Own on-time delivery performance (OTD) and coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses to resolve exceptions and enforce order processing timelines.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions (CAPA), and process improvements to enhance supply chain operations and maintain key performance metrics and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or Order Management.
- Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel mandatory.
- Experience in conducting RCA, CAPA, and SOP development.
- Work Experience Required: 3–6 years in relevant supply chain roles.

- Experienced in cross-functional coordination with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
- Strong operational focus on driving supply chain visibility and fulfilling delivery SLAs.
- Proven ability to manage and improve key supply chain metrics through structured problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
