About This Role
- Lead end-to-end customer service, order management, warehousing coordination, and logistics operations across 20 stock points in India.
- Manage a team of 3 direct and 25+ indirect reports with accountability for operational governance, performance oversight, and capability building.
- Own logistics partner management, compliance, budget control, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable order fulfillment and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, commerce, or related discipline.
- Substantial experience in customer service, order management, logistics, distribution, or supply-chain operations with leadership responsibility across multiple locations.
- Experience managing 3PL partners, service contracts, budgets, audits, and regulatory coordination.
- Work Experience Required: Substantial experience managing pan-India logistics and customer service operations, including leadership roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in order-to-delivery process management and vendor governance across a multi-location distribution network.
- Experience working with senior cross-functional stakeholders and leading geographically distributed teams.
- Comfortable with audit controls, regulatory compliance in distribution environments, and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.
