About This Role
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including email, SEO, SEM, and paid ads across platforms like Google, Meta, and Amazon.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and optimize key performance indicators such as CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
- Support product launches and e-commerce growth by collaborating on customer purchase path optimization, local event marketing, and foundational graphic content creation.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related internships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing or supporting paid digital campaigns and SEO is essential.
- Certification in digital marketing tools/platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns including strategy, analytics, and optimization across major ad platforms.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with developers, creative teams, and operations for campaign execution and product launches.
- Ability to handle both online digital marketing and support on-ground event marketing initiatives, demonstrating operational versatility.
