About This Role
- Manage end-to-end administration and operational support of BlackLine Account Reconciliations and Task modules, including user access, master data, and system controls.
- Execute and monitor data interfaces (e.g., SAP/ERP), configure automated processes, and prepare global and regional BlackLine reports for stakeholders.
- Act as primary contact for BlackLine incidents, upgrades, user training, audits support, and identify process improvements within the system.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in BlackLine administration focused on Account Reconciliations and Task modules with strong accounting principles knowledge.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and understanding of financial data flows.
- Knowledge of SOX/internal controls and audit requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global BlackLine administration including user management, reconciliations, integrations, and stakeholder support.
- Strong expertise in accounting, audit compliance, and financial close processes ensuring SOX-ready controls.
- Ability to operate in hybrid work environment (Hyderabad based) and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Closing teams.
