Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years experience in large-scale distributed systems, infrastructure scaling, or platform development.
- Strong skills in algorithms, system design, and backend stacks like Scala or Java.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes; proven technical lead with delivered complex projects.

- Experienced technical leader capable of setting platform strategy and guiding architectural decisions at scale.
- Comfortable influencing cross-functional and multi-site teams, with strong communication and mentoring skills.
