About This Role
- Design and implement scalable, reliable backend services and APIs for the MLflow and AI engineering platform.
- Build systems to ingest, store, and query data from AI model training runs and production agents, including evaluation and monitoring capabilities to detect regressions.
- Optimize platform scalability and cost across customers and cloud regions, collaborate with product and research teams, and mentor engineers on best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing large-scale distributed systems, infrastructure scaling, or platform and developer tooling.
- Strong backend development skills with Scala or Java and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years
