About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical engagement for enterprise customers including discovery, design, deployment, adoption, and continuous optimization of Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform.
- Architect and integrate ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and Zero Trust solutions across complex multi-cloud, hybrid, and AI-driven enterprise environments.
- Lead Zero Trust maturity assessments, technical workshops, migration planning, and collaborate with sales and partners to accelerate customer time-to-value.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Security or Network Consulting, Technical Account Management, Escalation Engineering, or SOC operations.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of identity/access frameworks (SAML, SSO/IdP, MFA, conditional access), Zero Trust Network Access principles, and networking/security fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, GRE/IPSec tunnels, proxies, firewalls).
- Working knowledge of AI/ML security concepts including shadow AI risk, DLP in AI environments, and securing LLM and API-driven workloads.
