About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of clinical systems ensuring compliance with functional and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to define system needs, deliver solutions enhancing clinical trial management and data analysis.
- Manage vendor relationships, provide strategic guidance on system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous system performance improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Designing clinical systems.
- Client-facing experience and strong stakeholder management skills required.
- Willingness to work 2 PM – 11 PM shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading clinical system development with deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects in clinical operations.
- Familiarity with clinical protocols interpretation; exposure to Medidata Rave and Veeva is an advantage.
