About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities for financial services applications with focus on Full Stack Java and Oracle.
- Resolve high impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes; ensure application design aligns with architectural standards.
- Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy new products/process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of application development and leadership experience in financial services domain.
- Hands-on experience with Full Stack Java and Oracle; understanding of CI/CD processes, Scrum, and JIRA.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with ETD clearing workflows and post-trade processing systems; cloud-native development experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable managing complex financial services applications, especially related to Exchange Traded Derivatives clearing workflows.
- Strategic thinker with strong systems integration skills, capable of coordinating across multiple teams and external vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor mid-level developers, and operate within Agile frameworks (Scrum/JIRA).
