About This Role
- Support and improve SAP Service Parts Planning (SPP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes, including root cause analysis and resolution of application, interface, and integration issues.
- Perform functional, unit, and integration testing for SAP SCM solutions and support error resolution during testing and production support.
- Manage end-to-end Change Request Management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement of SAP SCM and related integrated systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant SCM/SAP functional experience, especially in SAP SPP and SCM Procurement/Materials Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with implementation, customization, or maintenance of a Global Template/SCM Core Solution.
- Ability and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SPP including Planning Engine, Demand Capture, DRP, Deployment, Forecasting, EOQ, Safety Stock processes.
- Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP SCM application and integration issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Able to coordinate and communicate effectively with business, technical, and application teams to deliver high-quality SCM solutions within integrated SAP landscapes.
