About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of three Workday finance support specialists ensuring SLA-driven delivery of support, changes, and reporting across Core Financials, PSA, and finance data.
- Act as operational interface between Finance, Workday Product Owner, IT, and AMS provider to ensure system stability, compliance, governance, and alignment to roadmap.
- Drive governance, risk, and continuous improvement initiatives focusing on finance process standardization, data quality, and Workday release adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting or managing Workday Financials including Core Financials and PSA modules.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, IT, or related discipline.
- Experience leading or coordinating a small technical or functional team, preferably in an offshore or distributed model.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years supporting/configuring/managing Workday Financials
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating within structured service management and change governance frameworks, including incident and release management.
- Strong functional expertise in finance processes such as procure-to-pay, expenses, project accounting, billing, order-to-cash within Workday.
- Skilled at translating finance business requirements into Workday support actions, managing stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, Product, and AMS providers.
