About This Role
- Execute day-to-day IT External Audits for UK-based Financial Services Banking clients, supporting managers with client meetings and communication.
- Deliver audits to Forvis Mazars quality standards, managing budgets and client KPIs across multiple engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment of services.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in IT Audit, specifically in conducting IT external audits within the Banking sector.
- Experience performing ITGC reviews and testing Automated Controls and IPEs across applications such as Core Banking, Mortgage, Loan Origination, Front/Middle/Back Office systems.
- Graduate or post-graduate in technology or business studies or equivalent experience; working towards or willingness to study for professional qualification like CISA.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Unix, Linux) and databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of IT audit clients within Financial Services with demonstrated ability to handle client communications and issue resolution.
- Possesses strong technical audit skills combined with commercial acumen and the ability to identify and analyze IT risks and control weaknesses.
- Familiarity or interest in broader Technology & Digital services such as Cyber, Data Privacy, Forensics, Data Analytics, or IT Advisory for potential cross-service collaboration.
