About This Role
- Lead and expand the Quality Assurance team, focusing on recruitment, development, and operational management.
- Oversee QA operations ensuring efficient test planning, execution, process adherence, and timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the India QA team and US headquarters, managing stakeholder communications and aligning QA strategy with company roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience building and scaling QA teams with strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
- Experience working in a distributed/global environment with excellent communication skills.
