About This Role
- Own end-to-end data migration projects including understanding, documenting, and implementing customer data transformation requirements for Zendesk.
- Consult directly with external business leaders to tailor Zendesk instances to customer needs and ensure project success.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver data services on time and within budget while refining migration processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Migration Architect.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, RESTful and JSON API integration and implementation.
- Must be physically located in and able to work from Karnataka or Maharashtra (hybrid model with mandatory in-office days).

- Experienced in interfacing with senior-level customers and managing multiple concurrent migration projects.
- Skilled in various architectures including Web, Enterprise, and SaaS with strong ETL and data transformation knowledge.
- Capable of working within a professional services environment and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
