About This Role
- Own technical architecture and delivery quality for applications in Citi's Corporate Tax technology portfolio.
- Lead design and evolution of frontend applications using React and backend microservices with Java and Spring Boot.
- Direct containerization and deployment strategy using Kubernetes/OpenShift; oversee testing, code quality, and mentor development and QA teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Java full stack application development or software architecture.
- Proven leadership experience managing full stack development teams including frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React or JSF frameworks; experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical leadership with a focus on scalable full stack enterprise applications in financial or tax domains.
- Comfortable directing migration and modernization projects, e.g., from JSF to React frameworks.
- Competent in container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes/OpenShift with solid backend and database architecture skills.
