About This Role
- Drive direct sales growth and profit margin expansion of Downstream Hardware solutions across assigned territory in India.
- Provide high-level technical expertise through the entire sales cycle including demonstrations, trainings, post-sales support, and tender support.
- Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by managing sales funnel in CRM and collaborating cross-functionally within Cytiva.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Engineering or related scientific discipline (B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc).
- 7 to 10 years of commercial experience, ideally in biotechnology or bioprocessing industry.
- Fluent in English with willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 50%, including international travel.
- Ability to work remotely covering Mumbai/Pune or Ahmedabad regions in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical sales with capability to consult customers on downstream bioprocessing applications and lead technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce for customer engagement, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Knowledgeable in regulatory frameworks such as GMP/cGMP and documentation relevant to bioprocessing resin qualification and implementation.
