About This Role
- Design, provision, and automate cloud infrastructure environments using best practices for cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Maintain and monitor production/non-production systems to ensure maximum efficiency, security, and performance.
- Automate operational processes and the full SDLC lifecycle for application and infrastructure as code workloads, including business continuity/disaster recovery.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of SRE/DevOps experience in large scale, internet-facing infrastructure.
- Direct experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions in AWS or GCP.
- Proficient with Linux OS (RHEL/CentOS/Debian), multiple scripting languages (Python, Javascript), containerization (Docker, EKS, GKE, Kubernetes), and cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; AWS/GCP or Solution Architecture certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in CI/CD, application performance monitoring, and alerting systems with expertise in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira).
- Aptitude for managing cloud monitoring and management systems like Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, StackDriver.
- Comfortable working within Agile/SAFe and ITSM processes with a strong analytical mindset to handle operational incidents and prioritize under pressure.
