- Manage overall operations of VIL franchisee retail outlets including customer service, inbound and outbound sales, and profitability management.
- Drive sales acquisition through inbound and outbound channels at franchisee stores.
- Lead and manage franchisee teams to ensure effective store-level operations and achieve business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- 4-6 years relevant experience with 1-2 years in channel/franchisee handling role.
- Strong communication, customer handling, outbound sales, and people management skills required.
- Location requirement: Gujarat (Baroda).
