About This Role
- Translate business requirements into detailed BRDs and FRDs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct user journey analysis across onboarding, lending, and engagement processes to identify improvements and growth opportunities.
- Define and monitor KPIs, support UAT and process audits, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, product analytics, or related fields; fintech, banking, or agri-tech experience preferred.
- Proficiency in BRD/FRD preparation, user stories, and process documentation.
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with JIRA, Google Analytics, and Figma.
- Prior experience with customer onboarding, lending journeys, or user engagement frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fintech or related sectors focused on financial inclusion or underserved markets.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership, cross-functional environments.
- Skilled in structured problem-solving and able to mentor junior team members or lead small projects.
