About This Role
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across Analytics, Citizen Development, Azure, IoT, and .NET ensuring clear goals, workload balance, and capability development.
- Own full lifecycle technical implementation of Analytics solutions including requirement analysis, KPI definition, data modeling, dashboard/report development, performance optimization, and deployment.
- Coordinate delivery priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder management across multiple digital solution teams with accountability for governance and measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (any discipline).
- 12+ years of relevant experience in managing technical teams and Analytics solution implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
- Experience leading teams across Analytics, Citizen Development, Azure, IoT, or .NET domains.

- Skilled in stakeholder alignment, solution design, and coordinating cross-technology delivery priorities for scalable, secure enterprise implementations.
- Experienced in establishing delivery governance including quality reviews, documentation, validation, and operational handover across diverse technical teams.
