About This Role
- Design innovative interaction designs, information architecture, and user flows for customer websites and responsive applications.
- Provide detailed UX design assets including prototypes and interaction guidelines, collaborating with UI development and AEM teams during implementation.
- Conduct and lead user research initiatives, including creating frameworks and interviewing users, while managing design production and multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree from NID, IIT Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant UX design experience.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Axure, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.

- Experienced in delivering detailed and innovative UX design solutions in a collaborative, iterative development environment.
- Able to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, usability specialists, and project managers.
