About This Role
- Own end-to-end architecture, technical roadmap, and execution of a next-gen Security Assurance GRC platform including core engines like policy as code, compliance as code, automated evidence collection, and risk evaluation.
- Lead system design of cloud-native microservices managing large-scale compliance telemetry and automated evidence ingestion across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Drive integration and adoption of AI coding assistants to enhance code quality and team productivity while mentoring senior engineering staff and coordinating cross-functional teams remotely.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–13 years professional full-stack software engineering experience including 3+ years leading technical projects and distributed teams as SMTS or LMTS.
- Proficiency in Python and Java (including frameworks like FastAPI, Django, Flask, Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL).
- Working knowledge of regulatory standards such as NIST SP 800-53, ISO/IEC 27001, and SOC 2 and experience with compliance or policy-as-code systems (e.g., OPA).
