About This Role
- Manage and supervise housekeeping and vendor personnel within residential property site in Mohali, overseeing service quality and staff performance during shifts.
- Plan, schedule, inspect, and assign tasks to housekeeping teams, conducting briefings and ensuring compliance with cleaning procedures and service standards.
- Monitor SLA's and KPI's, handle vendor quotations and procurement, address major complaints, and coordinate with Property Manager and regional teams for operational reporting and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of work experience in soft services or housekeeping operations at residential sites required.
- Must have expert knowledge of housekeeping and soft services and adequate MS Office skills.
- On-site work location: Mohali, Punjab; Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
