About This Role
- Own and drive the Supportability and Observability strategy and roadmap, including alerts, monitoring, telemetry, diagnostics, log collection, upgrade health, and proactive issue detection.
- Translate customer escalations, support case patterns, and SRE insights into prioritized product investments to reduce operational friction and repeat incidents.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, support, SRE, and go-to-market teams to implement platform improvements, define instrumentation requirements, and support multi-team programs with executive visibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with enterprise infrastructure, data management, cloud platform, observability, supportability, or distributed-systems products.
- Strong technical fluency in enterprise infrastructure and observability concepts such as alerts, metrics, logs, traces, telemetry pipelines, diagnostics, and operational integrations.
- Practical understanding of supportability workflows including issue detection, triage, root-cause analysis, escalation management, and proactive risk identification.
- Candidates should be currently located near the designated job location or be committed to relocating before start date; legal right to work in that location required.

- Experienced in leading complex technical portfolios that improve reliability and meet customer commitments in enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Capable of managing ambiguous ownership and dependencies across multiple teams and quarters with executive-level communication.
- Strong at synthesizing technical architecture and telemetry data into clear customer benefits and prioritized, outcome-driven product plans.
