About This Role
- Manage daily cash application activities including posting lockbox reports, manual checks, wire transfers, and ACH deposits.
- Perform customer account reconciliations, refunds, write-offs, reversals, and month-end close activities within policy and timeline.
- Interact daily with clients’ banks, merchant services, and internal/external stakeholders to resolve cash posting and payment inquiries.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate/Degree required.
- 0-2 years of experience in relevant financial or accounting roles.
- Must be able to work onsite in Chennai for 12 months (Contract).
- Basic computer skills including MS Office; knowledge of Oracle and Netsuite ERP is a plus.

- Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience or familiarity with cash application processes and financial reconciliations.
- Capable of effective communication with banks, clients, and internal finance teams in a high-volume operational environment.
