About This Role
- Own requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for ERP product functionalities aligned to client business needs.
- Lead Pre-Sales activities such as solution mapping, proposal preparation, and ERP product demonstrations to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, development, QA, and project teams to support ERP product configuration, customization, UAT testing, and roadmap planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of Business Analyst experience, specifically with ERP products and Pre-Sales/client-facing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a product-based, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software environment preferred.
- On-site work model at Ahmedabad location; immediate joiners preferred; Ahmedabad local candidates only.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Experienced in ERP product demonstration and Pre-Sales strategy within enterprise software contexts.
- Proficient in SQL for data validation and analysis, familiar with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
